We often get so bogged down with work that we forget to enjoy the simple things in life and to NOT take ourselves so seriously.
So as a tribute to all the amazing things we need to be grateful for in life, here is the original Gratitude Dance by the Gratidudes.
You can’t watch this and not smile and you just can’t do this dance without laughing. It’s just that ridiculous.
For those who are looking to express some daily gratitude, check out gratitudelog.com. It’s an awesome social network of people who are grateful everyday. You can even send notes of appreciation to friends (along with a cute gift) and make certain gratitude posts private so only you can read them.

Yaaaaay! I am so excited that Finer Minds has shared the wonderful Gratitude of Matt and Brad the GratiDudes! I Love them and am working on getting everybody in my town to do the GratiDude Dance! Let’s do The Dance Everybody!!!

Hey, what a great entry. Some people are just so talented! Made my day. I even blogged about it!
Nice dance, plus good exercise.
Thanks
Delightful blog — helped the sun break through on a grey day in Auckland, New Zealand…
Amazing — I just intended sending the link to a few addresses, but every time I looked up a name from the address book had suddenly jumped onto the ‘send to’ list — seems like an unseen cyber angel began to oversee the mailing list!
P.S. …am about to try out the jig within the privacy of the 4 walls! Goodness knows what will happen after that…
Could I do the PeeWee Herman Tequila Dance and just pretend it’s the gratitude dance?
AWESOME!!! I love it!
Thanks so very much for making me smile and laugh
Shosh
Absolutely stunning .…! I just loved it — I also find that being grateful can create miracles .…. When I am uptight and doing my GRRRRRR!! thing I stop and remember something that I am grateful for — even a small thing like a great cup of coffee or my warm bed or my loving kitty cat — so it’s great to know that there are people like you guys doing such amazing creative and inspiring work .….thanks a mill.…
Great video. It reminds me of Matt Harding! I wonder if Matt wasn’t an inspiration to the GratiDudes; the dance is very similar. We all need to dance more and be more grateful–and perhaps more great-ful. Thanks for sharing.
I’m getting a bit annoyed. I love Finer Minds newsletters, and many of the articles have inspired me to look further into the subjects they cover. However, whenever there is a video, such as the gratitude dance, I just can’t find it on the page. I have the latest Flash from Adobe, plus three or four ways to play audio and video on my computer. I am now on the right page for the gratitude dance, but there just isn’t any link or button to press to get the video.
Hi,
How fantastic you met Richard Branson!! It is a dream many people have, me included
Is there a way to see the video? I logged in on facebook and it was either removed or I wasn’t allowed. Any help on this?
Thanks!
That is soo much fun and requires lots of energy! LOL
Fuuuuunnnnnnnyyyy!! Thank you.
