Ubuntu Makes The World Go Round: The Philosophy Of Human Connection

Ubuntu is a way of life that I think everyone should live by. It is a traditional African philosophy that acknowledges the indivisible connectedness that all of humanity is a part of.

Ubuntu translated is:

“I am because you are”

It’s so simple, yet it describes a strong sense of unity between human beings that is required for us to discover our own strengths and virtues.

This video below features healer Credo Mutwa, the GreenHouse Project director Dorah Lebelo, and former Deputy Minister of Health Nozizwe Madlala-Routledge. It’s an inspiring video that demonstrates the beauty that is found when you live compassion as a way of life.
