The Happiest Place On Earth — Facebook’s Happier Cousin ;)

Okay, so it’s not a literal “place”, but it’s still the happiest place on the web.  Some months ago, we quietly launched GratitudeLog and even though it’s still pretty new, we already have 10,000 people actively using it!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we we want to share it with you.

What is GratitudeLog?” you may ask… Well, think of it as the Facebook or Twitter of gratitude. Instead of status updates and tweets about morning traffic and bad days, you get a stream of awesome posts of the things that make people happy!

It’s a totally open and free community where people from all over can join. Check it out and sign up for your free account here »

gratitude

Here’s a quick video of my business partner Mike describing the sheer  awesomeness of GratitudeLog :)

The coolest part of GratitudeLog is the Community feature. You can send each other appreciation notes, give one another an Awesome Thumbs Up for each post, or even check out who’s the most appreciative. It’s a great place to meet like-minded friends and make gratitude a fun part of your day. You can “follow” people just like on Twitter or Facebook so you’ll have a real-time feed of all of your friends’ gratitude updates too.

We made GratitudeLog a free and open community to help spread appreciation, joy, and gratitude.

You can grab your free account here and start spreading the happy right away! »

After you join, you should check out some of these great authors. You can connect with them and find out what they’re grateful for too.

    ‘Thank You Holy One’

    For the air I breathe
    For the water I drink

    For the heart to believe
    For the mind to think

    For the love
For the faith that heals grief

    For the realms above
    For the One belief

    For the artist
For the joy that never leaves

    For the Sun kissed
For the Light that ever breathes

For the hallowed sphere around me
For the singing in the night

For the dear One who found me
For the commanding of the Light

For the music of the birds
For the love for all of us

    For the holy words
    For the One speaking thus

    For the echo
    For the glorious globe

    For the Honey Glow
    For the center strobe

For the love that never ends
    For the turtledove perfection

    For the pure friends
    For the sure reflection

    For the laughter
    For the ecstasy

    For the always ever after
    For the infinite eternity

    For the magic
    Of the Son

    For the hat trick
    Of the One

    Lila

This is really a great place. Right now I am so grateful to be back with my family again after a long trip overseas. I am grateful too for the amazing, or rather, awesome people we met while traveling. It really made me realize that people are always connected — no matter how far the distance between them — and how important it is to stay in touch with loved ones.

Let’s not forget to be grateful for the knowledge which we have of the innate goodness of human nature. It is this goodness which has the potential for creation of websites such as this and which can eventually bring peace to our troubled world. Thank-you.

I am a pretty happy person overall yet once I started logging my gratitude regularly my apprciation for life and my happiness has clearly risen to another level. I’m genuinely happy about everything in my life. It doesn’t mean that I have everything I’ve ever wanted and now I stop moving forward. I have found a deep unwavering place of peace and love for the journey and look forward to all that is and all that will be.

What a great site . I would like to help maybe take it to another level. Years ago I told My wife that we should start up a Network news program which gives nothing but good news. call it The Good News Network. :) yup, I thought of it all by my self.
I tell my wife that I AM A GENIUS in disguise.
She says I have a Great disguise.
I am GREAT FULL for my Wife and Daughter. I have a roof over my head. I have a nice warm bed to sleep in. I have food to eat. clothes to wear. I have my own company going on 5 years now.
I am great full for my ever expanding spirituality.
My family and friends. All our vehicles are running.
    Thanks for the fourm.
    PEACE AND BLESSINGS TO EVERYONE.

I am grateful for so many things, but most of all, for being re-connected with an old friend, who I had not seen in over 24 yrs. I am a grateful member of Al-Anon, and for our Christmas party, we are having a gratitude sharing, instead of exchanging gifts.
I hope in the new yr. to practice gratitude every day, I know its a positive thing to do, and it sure makes me feel better.

Hello, my name is George B. and I am thankful for this wonderful site that has such a fantastic simple way to look at the positive wonderful things that we all know, it’s just that I believe often forget to give thanks, with frustration struggles to make ends meet financially, often overwhelm our lives daily, a small simple reminder and confirming what we sometimes forget to do, so I give thanks to you, sincerely George B.

I’m able to be alive and write this comment, because i was sensitive to internal admonition by what we call intuition.Years back in my earlier single life,as a couple i had a date where we cruised aboard a ship oversea at one of the PANA.MA. CANAL LOCKS . Generally you select the same mode of transportation that bring you to the place of the event’. For some reason we took another bus. The previous one drove ahead and when we reached a certain point found that Bus was hit by a train on the site of a railroad crossing.terrible accident critically injured passengers with various demises. It was not our turn to leave this earthly plane.
