    Recently I started including some Yoga exercises like the video shows, and can say for sure how much my digestive function has improved; and also till two months ago it was scaring to see how much hair I was losing daily. This problems has decreased about 50% in such a short time.
    I recommend deeply to include in your daily routine, some yoga movements.

    Thanks for this video. The sun salutation I do is less complicated than this. Maybe this one has more benefits.

    You cannot do this if you have hiatal hernia. So, together with the benefits you should write “Avoid sun salutaion if you.…”.
