I've been lucid dreaming for 25 years now and I never get used to the rush you feel when you become conscious in a dream.

It's a truly wonderful, liberating experience. Sometimes I feel lucky to have experienced it so much. I now run a website teaching people how to lucid dream.

i first started to expeariance lucid dreaming
about 3 years ago. i am24 years old
the first step for me was to recognize
certin objects that sort of shifted.
but another way u can tell if ur not sure
is to look at somthingthat your familure
with like your hand if your in a lucid stat
you will not be able to recognize it
it will then start to shapshift if u will
the the hard part is to stay asleep
after realizing that youve relized that you are
sleeping . once you can do this their is no limit
what you can do your imagination is a very big
place to explore

Has anyone had an experience of being in a dream when actually awake? So you were walking and talking but just as in a dream you kind of did things while watching yourself doing things? This article was amazingly detailed.
