Simple Steps To Lucid Dreaming

loveLucid dreaming has been used by shamans in mystical practices throughout history. It is basically a state when a sleeper becomes conscious that he or she is sleeping. Through this state, one is said to be able to be to explore realms that are not available to you in the waking state.

“Many Western subjects entering lucid dreaming for the first time report experiencing nothing comparable in the whole of their waking lives, feeling as if they had been radically changed by the event and mysteriously transformed.”

I found this interesting article on how one can get into the state of Lucid dreaming. It’s pretty detailed, so check it out and see if it works for you. Let us know if you get any interesting insights.

Has anyone had an experience of being in a dream when actually awake? So you were walking and talking but just as in a dream you kind of did things while watching yourself doing things? This article was amazingly detailed.

I don’t mean being in the zone or anything — on second thoughts maybe that was it.

I heard about lucid dreaming two or three years ago but still don’t know how to do it.I have listened to tapes and C/D’s but haven’t been able to do it as of yet.

i first started to expeariance lucid dreaming
about 3 years ago. i am24 years old
the first step for me was to recognize
certin objects that sort of shifted.
but another way u can tell if ur not sure
is to look at somthingthat your familure
with like your hand if your in a lucid stat
you will not be able to recognize it
it will then start to shapshift if u will
the the hard part is to stay asleep
after realizing that youve relized that you are
sleeping . once you can do this their is no limit
what you can do your imagination is a very big
    place to explore

I’ve been lucid dreaming for 25 years now and I never get used to the rush you feel when you become conscious in a dream.

It’s a truly wonderful, liberating experience. Sometimes I feel lucky to have experienced it so much. I now run a website teaching people how to lucid dream.
