		<description>This was something that was drilled into me in the military that I have been utilizing for years.  I still use it for a good morning stretch.  When I&#039;m walking down the hall at work, I find that everybody speaks to me.  The idea with the bit hanging from the ceiling is a new one that I will incorporate.  As a dancer I learned to take a string that ran through the top of my head all the way through to my torso.</description>

		<description>This is a great reminder. So many times I find myself slouching over, especially when sitting, and as soon as I notice, I change my posture. There&#039;s always a shift in my attitude after a shift in posture. I&#039;ve also found that in only a few months Pilates has helped me tremendously with my &quot;unconscious&quot; posture; the way I stand normally, without thinking about it. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a stronger core and healthier stance.
