		<description>Wow I didn&#039;t there were authors that supported pirating their own works. But I guess that&#039;s how you know that the author really stands by and believes in what they write--when getting the word out becomes more important than &quot;paying up&quot; first.

Though this sort of has a reverse effect though, that actually works in the author&#039;s favor.

Chances are, the people who are downloading pirated copies probably wouldn&#039;t have went and bought it anyway, so Paulo gets more exposure that way.

Then, for those who WOULDN&#039;T settle for a pirated copy, just knowing that the author is not against people downloading his works through piracy will give that group even more motivation to buy his book--because the amount of trust in his writing goes up in their minds :-)
