Passion Through The Eyes Of Isabel Allende

Isabel Allende is the famous and successful Latin-American author of over 16 books who fled to Venezuela for 13 years after receiving death threats due to a mis-guided perception by the government.

Isabel has seen some of the best and worst acts of human-kind with her own eyes. Her books have contributed greatly to Latin-American literature–she talks regularly to audiences about her experiences and perceptions of events growing up.

But what are her passions?

What drives her?

In this passionate talk — Isabel Allende discusses not just her experiences, but also her interpretations of society as a whole — including women, feminism, children — and conflict.

Watch Isabel describe her vivid experiences and interpretations of society and its attitudes.

Sharing this video of Isabel Allende’s speech will help change the world. Storytelling through video and books helps people learn that things CAN change. The world is getting better as people learn that they have options.

Isabel Allende, is a favourite author. Along with her marvellous sense of humour is all her love & compassion for others. In her books she draws you in as all good story tellers do and you leave her books wanting more & saying to yourself yes i too want to live in a better world.

All that she said in this speech touches ones heart
& are words which i had read in her last book.

We could do with more such women.

As Isabelle says be passionate, do not be afraid to fight for truth and justice for all, resist the fortunate few who want the whole pie, who make unjust rules.Know that an old age is decaying and a new age has arrived with new energy of change accelerating acceptance for what was once radical. Isabelle is the new norm. We all want justice–now, not tommorrow!A star will soon be visible day and night everywhere in the world as a sign of the new age, the new energy of change and the new spokesperson who will appear on TV to challenge us to create the structures of the new. Thank you so much Isabelle. If women in the priviledged countries and priviledged classes of our world make a passionate committment to provide tools to women and children in impoverished circumstances to communicate directly around the world what they need to change their situations, then help those women and children to meet those needs, it will change families, communities, refugee camps, the environment, our human world for all of us.
