For me, the most obvious life changing movie is "The Black Stallion". I had always dreamed of having "a" horse as a child but the movie planted a seed. I 'manifested' a beautiful Arabian before most of us even had much knowledge about these things, waaaay back in 1991; I had seen the movie in 1980 so that's how long it took for him to arrive in my life...and that's a great story in itself. Looking back, even before that, over the years I had manifested other things I really wanted but hadn't the slightest clue what I was doing. I kind of wrote it all off to some very good "luck". Of course this was many, MANY years before "The Secret". Other movies that were actually, REALLY "life changing"? After this experience, nope (as much as I have many favorites that were deeply thought provoking and I enjoyed very much) I can't say there are. I still have my beautiful Arabian horse. Yes, my life was VERY changed by that movie.

I love the choice of movies, although I have yet to see two of them (I have yet to See Star Trek, and it is the first time I have even heard of Sliding Doors). Movies are a really great way to connect with some truths.

One movie I would heartily recommend for that is “Revolver”, even if it does not look very significant at first glance, and to explain how would be to give huge spoilers.

The movie I have seen that had a profound impact on me, making me think a lot more too, is “Passion of the Christ” I hope I have the title correct. What Jesus endured to save us was remarkable, way above what any mortal man could handle. Made me STOP and change direction…

I’ve yet to see some of the movies people have mentioned. The one’s that rocked for me were ‘What Dreams May Come’, ‘the Matrix’, ‘1984’, ‘Educating Rita’ and I am surprised no one mentioned ‘As Good As it Gets’, that really struck home with me, ‘cos while we’re off ‘finding ourselves’ our life can literally be passing us by, we still need to remember above all else being right here right now, is the best self help we can ever give ourselves — Many blessings, with love and light )
