Moreover, taking one to one and half litre of water immediately after the waking up is very useful.</description>

And for some mornings i try to think of a good motivation to get up. Like something really yummy to eat, or to see a person that I&#039;m attracted to.
Just try to take your mind off of the &quot;tiredness&quot; and transfer that energy into something or anything else!</description>

I know I have a huge problem with procrastinating in the morning, but knowing that going straight into task mode will help energize me should give me the motivation I need to kick that bad habit(at least in the mornings).  You mentioned we should comment if we had any tips of our own, and I thought of stretching.  I have found from personal experience that no matter what time of day, although especially in the morning so you start your day feeling relaxed and limber, stretching can really help center and energize you!</description>

I&#039;m finding that meditation makes me more aware, and so more awake, so it seems to have the same caveat as exercise.</description>
