Beautifully said!
Exactly what I'm feeling about all that comes on your path... the terrain may be rough, but just strap on your boots, exercise those muscles, stop to enjoy the view every once in while, and enjoy life's hike!

I like this article. It is true that no matter what happens, we hold the power to immediately shift our experience into a blessing.

Hi Sasha,

Great book. I just finished reading it. I got that vibe of empowerment and feeling good about myself. Great suggestions and thanks for sharing it.

You know it's so funny, but this book reminds me of something Jack Canfield said once," Make someone else feel good today and you'll feel so much better about yourself."

What a great mantra to live by. You make others feel good about themselves and then you feel better as a byproduct of that process.

Thanks again,

Hi Sasha,

You know what i remember saying, Why did this happen? Why? Why? And it is an experience. This article is wonderful.

"It is your challenge. Rise to the occasion and show yourself who you are". I woke up at 5:00 a.m. this morning, and let me tell you, this was just what I needed. I have acknowledge this statement and so, much time has been wasted by doughting or fear, that i guess i forgot that i asked for peace years ago. I disrupted my own peace of mind by trying to keep things in my life that probrably should not of been their in the first place. This explains why i am so moody and feeling confused. I have never questioned my integridy or morals yet, others pressure me to stretch them out because of how i care for them.

I donot believe in conforming to this world and i am a better person for not doing so but it is difficult because you donot want to hur the ones you love, even when they keep hurting you.

Its time to deal.

We all will have to "die " to the old before starting with the new.
We are seeds to be planted or caterpillars that eventually turn to butterflies...The act of changing itself can be painful yet necessary for growth ...usually transitioning us into a stronger state of being. It is easier said than done! It shows me that I don't need to be Wonderwoman just to be a human being...I will to be!

I loved the beginning I did, but the flavour faded away for me.
Though I don't tend to read that often myself I do enjoy articles from significant others as Master Xarrian no doubt is, that elaborate upon this our shared human experience.
I enjoy reading information about us as an energy field and a behavioral rate I do, because at this moment in time, my physical being is in it vibrating in the rate like we're all doing.
However as it is by our "own truth" that we at first experience and from there are led to discover that we know things. I personally tend to prefer reading arcticles that share the writers own higher or deeper perspective, instead of those that share what the collective experience of us all is.

All blessings,
Jaia (A.K.A Johnny Pink)

Thank You, Sasha:

We (I, really) often associate confidence with bullying or the kind of inflexibility that shuts out the feelings of others. This definition is erroneous and an excuse for not cultivating my own confidence. Thanks for the reminder to be honest.

Confidence means acting in accordance with who we really are and not diluting our essence with distractions that take many, many forms including indulging in the problems of others to the point where we harm the individual we purport to help and add more fuel to the fire of the hell we maintain by refusing to look the "rough spots" squarely in the face. There's much more to say, but I'll end here and simply say thank you.

Great words of encouragement. I do believe all the points you have made in your article. I have lost 7 rental properties ( My retirement) and am about to loose my home but am holding on tooth and nail! I lost both my parents and am divorced. Thank heavens my children are in there 20s'. They are struggling too but seem to be getting by. I believe I will laugh again, will learn something from all this, and will be happy again but at this point I just feel like rolling up in a ball and crying! Everything seems harder at 56 years old! I have 4 years of college but never got a degree. I wish I knew my fastest and cheapest avenue to a new career.
