		<description>Great question.  This is indeed a bit of an interesting area.  You have to FOCUS on your goals but the FOCUS has to come from a belief and certainty that you will attain this goal and even visualize yourself already having it (your subconscious cannot differentiate between what is real vs. what is imagined).  If you FOCUS on the lack of having it, that is what will screw it all up.</description>

		<description>These two videos were are very helpful. He presents the principles in a way that is the most coherent and focused I have ever heard. I have been trying to figure out the best way to use my 3 finger technique in my marriage and in interactions with my husband and was having difficulty with what I wanted to program. This has given me a much clearer picture of what to program and how I want to think, act, and respond, and what I want to accomplish. Thank you.
