Okay, it does sound a bit out there and some may classify him as a crazy conspiracist, but 20 years ago the idea of the internet wasn’t even present in people’s minds and now it’s just another fact of life.

Gerald O’Donnell is the world’s foremost expert in remote viewing. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics, a M.Sc. in Computer Science, and is a certified Hypnotherapist. In the 80’s, he was approached by a Western European Intelligence agency to join them in an ongoing program of remote viewing in the fight against the Soviet K.G.B.
