Energizing Water For Healing — Mind Over Water?

The post below is from Burt Goldman, the American Monk. Burt is one of the authors we publish at MindValley and a personal friend. His website TheAmericanMonk.com has some 140,000 members! Here he talks about the art of energy transference from your mind to a simple glass of water. This was a big “aha” idea for me and I trust it might be for you too.

Energizing Water For Healing

by Burt Goldman

It’s no secret that your thoughts shape reality.

But even if you’re aware of this fact, what I’m about to show you may still come as a surprise.

First, I’d like to introduce you to Dr. Masaru Emoto:

Masaru Emoto

Dr. Emoto is a Japanese scientist and author famous for his studies on the effects of human thoughts and words on water.

The Link Between Your Thoughts And Water

In his experiments, he found that if human speech or thoughts are directed at water droplets before they are frozen, images of the resulting water crystals will be beautiful or ugly, depending on whether the words or thoughts were positive or negative.

For a better understanding, watch this clip from the movie ‘What The Bleep Do We Know’:

And now, watch this commentary and message from Dr. Emoto himself:

YouTube Preview Image

As you can see, the implications behind Dr. Emoto’s findings are fascinating.

Because if you can subconsciously change the structure of water with a mere thought…

Imagine what you could accomplish if you made a conscious effort to manipulate the energy around you!

The manipulation of energy on all three planes of your existence — physical, emotional and spiritual — is an extremely powerful ability for healing, positive energy, and self realization.

Why is this important to you?

Because I dare say that the only way to experience truly holistic health is through the understanding and practice of energy healing.

When you know how, you’ll be able to use energy healing to heal yourself of physical illnesses, alleviate negative emotions and conditions of the mind, and even vanquish spiritual crises from within.

For those of you who enjoyed and feel like you benefited from this post, I urge you to share it with your friends and family… or at least tell me what you think of it in the comments section below ;)

Indians knew about the healing properties of water from ancient times. Even to-day, our priests in Temples bless the water at least twice a day and offer it to devotees. We use blessed water during mariage ceremonies, house-warming ceremonies and ground-breaking ceremonies.

It just made me think of Lourdes. You don’t seem to hear of the same miracle cures anymore. Could it be because Bernadette is no longer there to energise it??? Perhaps people like ourselves should go there to energise it, not just people going for healing. How do we know some poeple didn’t go there and put some negative thoughts in through scepticism etc?

oooohhhhhh maybe I just did it here! Can the thought travel that far? I’m only in England you know .

But in truth I don’t feel that poerfull alone — it needs all of us :)

After reading this article and sharing it with my boyfriend, the concept really took off with us. We make it a habit to say, “I respect you”, “I love you”, and “Thank you for.…(whatever we are thankful for that day)” to each other at least once a day. At first it seemed kind of silly, but now we look forward to our little “water blessing” on a daily basis. We also bless our water before drinking it. It can’t hurt. Sharing these words with others helps bring about peace and love, and it’s wonderful to hear these words on a daily basis from someone else, too! After all, who doesn’t want to be respected, loved, and thanked? Try it.…you’ll like it! It will make you feel good.

This is great. It really speaks to the importance of love and vibrating at this level. You attract and create from within.

I was always told that next to laughter, water is the best medicine, and I understood that to some degree…but this sheds a whole new light on that. It makes perfect sense. We use our minds and energies to attract or deflect…and that goes for everything..so why would/should something as pure and spiritual as water be any different?? I had my AHA and WOW moments with this post. Cant believe I never paid more attention to the power of water. As of now, I’ll no longer meditate without it & I’ll always remember to consciously love & respect water as well as ask from it what I want & need for my body. Thanx for posting this.

I actually have seen this before as I have the ” what the bleep do we know anyway” DVD. I have written on a little sticker and placed it on my water bottle, the words ” Love and Gratitude” and I try to be mindful every time I fill the bottle. Never do I fill the bottle while thinking negative thoughts. Water is the very substance of our being, why not make it happy?

This is proved in such a way that we have to understand it. Water holds a lot of information, and it is not only on this planet, but water communicates with water in the Universes as well through meridians, energy lines which is telecommunication between everything.

I have known Dr. Emoto before and was truly amazed to learn what this scientist war writing and doing.
I am now aware of the fact that I have not lived completely the consequences of this knowledge, especially in healing myself and others. It gives me a lot of motivation to start now. Thank you.

With the worlds economy in such dire straights and war all across the globe, we need to focus more on love and harmony towards one another and reach out to those who are in need of just a hug or a kind word.

I am a veteran of the U.S. armed forces and I have seen so much hatred, in so many forms that it can really have a negative impact on peoples lives. How can we expect our children to love and respect others if we as adults do not teach them. Our future and the future of our children and their children must be a future of love and peace. I speak from experience as I was a person who had such a closed mind that I didn’t care what happened to my fellow human being.

If the human race is to survive then we must try to see past our own pettiness and greed and make mother earth a better place to live and thrive. I truly believe that if an alien culture came to the earth it would be to commit suicide. Is this the way we want to convey ourselves to a visiting race, of course not, but how are they to know. Just from a short visit they would see that the earth is not a nice place and is not worthy of friendship.

If we can’t love and respect ourselves then how are we to expect others to treat us with love and hope. This is something that I think all people from all cultures need to think about. Bobby Hicks…

I’ve got an idea. Let’s all wake up tomorrow morning and think, pray and visualize for love — harmony — peace and prosperity for ALL — for five mintes just to see what happens …Come on , let;s do it just for fun and if anything comes out of it then more power to it and if not then atleast we did something.

On a sunny day, I love to leave a bottle of water in the sun , because I can taste the difference after the sun has given it energy, for awhile., (besides warming it up a little ) I guess on a gloomy day I will be taking the sun’s place in giving my water , loving energy. I will have to be known as Ms. Almost –Like — Sunshine?

As a 30 year hence Silva graduate, an Est Graduate and 54 Rolfing sessions, I am thankful everyday for having done those things so long ago. The payoff now is I am in my late 60’s and up until recently have never been guessed over 43 years old. I am glad to see Dr. Emoto’s astounding confirmation of thoughts having power. I say we take this power a step further and use the medium of water to focus our desires for world peace. Have to see that such a plentiful canvas to paint on of all the world’s waters we should have an overflowing of joy immediately. Base on Einstein’s theory of relativity it would only take approximately 42 million of us to effect a difference. If the water confirms our faith than what have we got to lose. Let’s gitter done.

John Lennon read a book on Marx and his contributions after that fact were counterproductive. Seems whenever a well known figure who has a big ego reads that book it destroys all they hoped for before event. “Imagine” while a lofty tune was written after he read that dreadful book and “All We Need Is Love” can’t erase the damage that Imagine did to the world’s phsyche ever after. John was an ego centric celebrity that took his PR too seriously and Anna may well be right, after the reading of the book on Marx his personality looked pretty communist to me.

I loved Dr Emoto’s lesson on love and healing and showing us how water can react to our thoughts and emotions. I know now that I will look at water in a different way. I hope you all will send your energy to the water
that is being poisoned by the oil spill in hopes that by sending our energy we can can have a positive effect on helping the creatures that are being destroyed by this unfortunate incident. Thank you Dr Emoto for this new knowledge.

My dear Anna, I must disagree with you my dear friend, whom I have never met. John Lennon was not a Communist. I too, used to believe as you do, decades ago. However, as a student of the Infinite, I have since learned and now know that he is an “old soul” and was bringing to the world a message of love and forgiveness. Try it ( love and forgiveness) yourself and you too will know bliss. As the Beatles said, “All you need is love.“

How unfortunate Anna, that with all of the gifts that John Lennon gave the world for peace, love and kindness, that you would chosse instead to focus your energy on a label.

John Lennon was a messenger. Have you noticed that when certain people arrive on this planet their light burns incredibly brightly, draws thousands upon thousands into their lives, and then they are all too quickly gone at a young age. But the emotional impact upon the world from their departure is deep and lasting and profound. Princess Diana was one of these. As was Michael Jackson. These of course are of recent vintage. Each of them had their eccentricities that did not fit our “box” of what is right or wrong. We wanted to condemn them for their lifestyle choices at times because their lives were too big for us, we couldn’t figure out how they came to be. It scared us while causing us to love them. They emanated love. They died loving us and wanting us “to get it”. John Lennon was not a communist. He was a lover of humanity. All we need is LOVE.

John was not communist, he was humanist. There really are no other lables worth worrying about. All you need is LOVE and you can be whatever you like.

autism might be caused by the fact that people have kids much later in life than they used to. both men and women “expire” at 35.

  34. Alice
    February 4, 2010 | 9:40 pm

I agree with you 100%. Jenny McCarthy has been doing a lot of good for the Autistim community. Study after study apparently has been done to see if immunizations has anything to do with Autism, the answer keeps coming back that they (the medical community) are in no way responsible. «<http://www.babycenter.com/shots>>> (complete list of shots a baby/toddler “needs”) I just can’t believe this. Every single thing we consume is loaded with all sorts of hormones and chemicals that we can’t even pronounce and/or imagine. Even Bio foods are at some level contaminated as it depends on the water source used, fertilizer etc, seeds..«<The Bad Seeds — Monsanto Co’s plans to dominate farming — Brief Article — Editorial»>. I also agree that it could now very well be our genetic make-up being a valid source for many of today’s ills. It is said “we are what we eat”!
«<http://www.sustainabletable.org/issues/hormones/&... With all of these foreign hormones in our system it would be, in my opinion, silly to think that it is not changing us in small yet significant ways, then passing them on to our children and they to theirs on and on… I know! I know! I sound like one of those conspiracy theorist but do the research and I think you’ll at least start to see that this problem goes much deeper than just immunizations given to babies. Try the water catalyst. One would have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Autism has nothing to do with parents having children older. As a nurse I have noticed a recent surge and this was among young parents my mother had me when she was 35 and other where I am from and none of us have Autism or any learning diability or medical issues. So I think allthough certain things increase with age I do not think autism is driven by age. That is a NA thing about you must have kids when young.
