The first thing i must say to you is thanks. Thank you very much for your words.
Now, a question: i´m afraid i didn´t understand very well that part you mentioned about the left and the right side of the brain. In fact, althoug i havn´t studied it yet, i had the idea that the left side of our brain it was the pragmatic one, meaning that it is our scientific side and the right side of the brain is the side where our dreams are, meanig our subjective side.
You´ve refered to them as happy side (the left) and a sad side (the right). Well is there any relation with what i know about the two sides of the brain and what you said about them? That´s because i thought it just in the opposite way.
About meditation, i´ve been praticing on going to alpha state. Is that what you mean by meditation? When i´m on meditating state i never know on what to think or if i´m realy suposed to do it. The question is: what does meditation realy means? Should i think of anything while in meditation? How can it help me to achieve my goals? (for example to get some serenity, or self confident, or anything).
Maybe this is not the comment you are asking for, but i´m just begining and i have so many questions, that i had to take this chance and try to have a word from a master like you.
Ofcourse if my english was better i would surely make myself understand much better, but whith all your knowledge, if you have the time and if you fill that i deserve an answer, i know you´ll know what to say to me.
