Bringing Enlightened Ideas To The Minds Of Children

picture-2

I became a Dad 18 months ago, and like many of you I approached this new era in my life with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. Raising a kid is a joyous experience but a challenging one. And I wanted to approach this new phase of my life by educating myself on the newest ideas and the best advice on parenting I could find.

And so I poured into books on child raising, infant learning, and books on parenting skills. I was inundated with information. But through all this research I realized just how much the world had changed from the time I was a kid.

To help make sense out of all the new ideas and trends in parenting, we decided to launch a  new personal development site dedicated to helping parents, grandparents and educators stay informed about new ideas on raising a child. Check it out on Blog.ProjectGifted.com. My friend Melissa Greczy, a fellow parent and mother of two runs the site.

Each week, Melissa will be bringing to her audience new ideas on parenting in the form of the Project GiftED Report.

happy-kenyan-boyThe first report launches this week and it contains a wonderful ebook on affirmations for kids. The man behind the book is Steve Viglione, founder of The I AM Foundation. Steve has decided to share the digital version of his famous I Am! Affirmation Book exclusively with Project GiftED readers.

So head on over to Project GiftED and sign up to get access to Steve’s book and to receive our weekly reports on the latest new ideas and trends in parenting.

    Dear Vishen,

This is wonderful.…Our children are the one´s who can bring this universe into peace.… I am so grateful for everything our children can teach us adult´s…Their voices are the truth.…If we just stop and listening to what our children are really saying.…Then we know…, as parents, teachers and all people in the whole world, how to raise our children-;) with love, joy, peace & truth.

    Love, Light & Peace

I utilized the expression; ” As the twig is bent, so grows the child”. Your article follows suite. At 76 I’m still dealing the cards that were delt.

Fantastic, I wish that governments worldwide get that into schools. Sad thruth is our societys “killing” those natural instincts in children instead of supporting and encouraging children to keep and nurturing it.
World would be much better place.

Children are great. I always loved working with kids and now that I am a parent of a 5 year old I am inspired daily by what he teaches me. They truly are genius.

One other aspect parents must be aware of is the link between physical activity and academic achievement. Studies have proven the importance of getting kids active early and keeping them active throughout childhood.

This is one of my passions and if there is any way I can help with ideas on how to get your children moving again then please visit my website and contact me.

    Thank you.

Integrating self confidence in our children is the best gift we can give them for their future.
I am not sure if I can mention this here but I am involved with Brain Education for Enhanced Learning. This a program already implemented in over 300 schools in New York and other States.
Your can have more details and testimonials from teachers, parents and children from 6 to 12 at http://www.powerbrainedu.com
I have translated the Teacher’s Manual and the workbooks in French and it is being implemented in Quebec, Canada.

It has been my observation that children are systematically institutionalized out of their genius and their innate, spontaneous ability to give and receive love. Additionally each new generation represents an evolution of sorts, an evolution of body, soul and spirit at a time in human history when both humanity and the earth are racing against time.
