This week we feature some powerful tips for effective meditation from Laura Silva Quesada, who is the daughter of the legendary Jose Silva–creator of the Silva Method–a worldwide meditation movement. You can purchase The Silva Method to experience Jose Silvas legendary meditation program.
On the first video, Laura discusses how to make meditation a habit and program your mind to practice meditation consistently every day. Laura reveals some techniques to ensure that meditation becomes a normal part of your daily routine so that you practice and reap the powerful benefits of meditation every-day.
In the second video, Laura discusses how you can use meditation to improve your time management skills and gain back important time for yourself. It is important to spend time with yourself — to clear your mind and make meditation a daily habit. You can use meditation to plan out your day and visualize what is important for you every-day.
In the third and final video, Laura discusses case-working, which is finding abnormalities in a person and then conduct healing on them, using special techniques. You can learn case-working, and apply it on others by learning The Silva Method. Case-working allows you to help others, and is one of the most important and unique techniques and skills available to learn in The Silva Method.
If you would like to learn any of the techniques listed above, or find out more about The Silva Method, then please visit this page.

I am very surprised to see the video labeled “A Dangerous Book You Should Not Read” on your site. I have been a Silva graduate since 1989 and this is not what I have been taught through Silva Mind Development practice. The video makes me skrim to listen too. Thank you Laura for your input for new students on meditation.
