Breakthrough Meditation From The Science Of Music That Will Activate Your Mindset For Success, Commitment & Happiness

Because of all the requests we’ve received for more meditation techniques, we are giving you 2 exclusive audios from Paul Hoffman that will inspire you to take action, reshape your perception, and bring you inner calm.

Meditation is a key part of our lives. It refreshes your mind and body, energizes, and brings self-awareness. And as amazing as it is…

There is a way to boost the positive effects of meditation.

And it comes in the form of music. The truth is you often only use one side of your mind but music is the bridge between our left and right brain. By listening to these two audios, you can activate both hemispheres of your brain with the combination of music and meditation. This will result in faster learning and better information retention. This is not just hype. This has been backed by science.

Paul Hoffman, the artist behind Sonic Access Meditation Program and Success Songs had gone through hell and back, battling drugs and depression. But with the force of music and meditation, he overcame all his obstacles and is now intent on helping others.

Below are two audios — a mediation track and a success song. Once you’ve listened to them, you will:

  • Transform the way your brain works to affect the outcome of your future experiences.
  • Use neuro-linguistic programming to enter the ideal state for fast learning and relaxation.
  • Deliver powerful vibrational frequencies to your body and stimulate sympathetic vibrations in the molecules, cells, glands and organs inside your body, which in turn have their own frequency.
  • Open your heart and bring forth the innate gifts that you may be withholding.
  • Energize your mind and body with awe-inspiring music.
  • Learn to connect yourself with the Universe through brain stimulating music.
  • Release pain that may be pent up within you.

We are sure you will find these tracks beneficial to your journey and know you will have fun doing so! Enjoy :-)

Hello thanks for the kind advise and up lifting creativity message. After being a pro jazz musician most of my life and being a meditator for 20 yrs. there’s no way I could listen to those tracks and meditate. I find those tracks on the corny side, like a bad soundtrack or wave music. The recording was well recorded. please don’t take offense I’m sure most people will like it

This song is is not the one I have been listening to. A man sang in the original. This does nothing for me, please put it back the way it was. My grandchildren were going around singing the song. My 3 yr. old grandson has this song memorized. Last week my 8 mo. old grandson was sick and my 3yr.old grandson stood in front of him and sang the song with most of the words. Please , it does make a difference with the man singing the words. I put it on my Facebook page and didn’t download it yetnand now the song isn’t the way it was . Please put all the singing back in or tell me where I can get a copy. Thank you, Frances

I have to share my experience..

Ok. My music taste is what most people will consider weird. I like…no, I love electronica. etc. So, when I played “No Matter What” I was a bit like “ohh kaayyy…”. At first I reminded me of “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus (I’m not exactly a fan of hers. To each his own!)

But I listened on anyway. And it quickly grew and really grew on me! The lyrics were powerful and the melody was really uplifting. Its really quite incredible. What made me love it even more is that the message the lyrics convey is the message I try to remind myself of everyday. I faulter from time to time. Sometimes reading isn’t enough. Music really changes things..BIG TIME. Music is soul food.

In addition to that, reading posts here about people who were touched by the song in a big way is really encouraging because… I was touched too. Its a shared experience. :) <3

(side note: The Climb actually has good uplifting lyrics. Maybe if someone else sang the song… hehehe)

ahh! Sorry, just gotta say. I’m listening to it again. I love love love it.

And believe me, listening to it now is so timely as I’m trying to get over a emotional and mental block. Its officially on my play list. *clap clap clap*

I’ve been trying to figure out one part of the lyrics to “No Matter What”. It’s the part about 2 1/2 minutes in that goes:
You know I’ve got the will to bounce back
And to live by what I say
I say yes in every way
    I open my heart _________________________
