There’s a health craze rocking the world (North America and Western Europe at least). But amidst all the calorie-counting and fat-burning, we’re letting our trust get the best of us.
Think about the last time you went grocery shopping. You probably saw signs like these all over the place: “99% Fat Free”, “Low Fat”, “Healthy Alternative”, or “Non-Fat”.
Unfortunately these signs aren’t always true. In fact, they could be warnings that you should look further into their nutritional break up.

Not that surprised I just assume if I go to the grocery and get just about ANYTHING I am probably getting poisoned by it one way or another.
Anyone have a Solution?
I for one don’t want to have a stroke from eating what I thought was “health food”.
That was downright shocking! Now that the truth is out…is anybody (of our representative govt.) doing anything about it? I suppose they could claim technically all of the labels were true…but actually it is a form of lying. And that is just the tip of the iceburg…isn’t our govt. also trying to prevent natural healing as well as trying to deny true health foods/products? It makes me wonder why terrorists don’t simply start advertising these truths…I mean, what better way to destroy trust in our govt.?
I’m learning the lies now. I eat “healthy” and it was killing me! I can’t have gluten…so all the Wheat was ruining me. I took my husband off also and he feels so much better. The lies are hurting all of us. I loved that clip.
Good Nutrition is not rocket science. But big companies want us to believe it is. take dairy products for example. low fat dairy products are ridiculous and not healthy. this should be common sense. milk is a fatty product. when we turn it into low fat, all kind of junk gets added. most Americans who eat yougurt are eating junk as its not real yougurt — look at the ingredients. Eat good natural food wtih minimal ingredients. labels like ‘low fat’ mean nothing. Yogurt should have 3 ingredients, max. Bread should have 4 (and sugar and corn syrup are not supposed to be in there!). Finally, most box cereals are JUNK full of sugar and chemicals.
