Hey guys,
A couple weeks ago, both Bill Harris and I were speaking at the Engage Today event in Calgary along with the Dalai Lama and Richard Branson.

I also managed to have breakfast with Bill and his lovely wife.
If you don't know who Bill is, he's the owner and creator of Centerpointe and Holosync. I told him how great of a response our company had with Holosync. Even our COO, Juan, has been using Centerpointe on a daily basis in the mornings and it takes him into states of meditation he's never experienced before. Recently, Juan was able to meditate for 1 hour non-stop for the first time because of this!
Now, given the number of people at my company and all my friends who rave about Centerpointe, I really wanted to make sure all the readers at FinerMinds knew about this CD.
Basically it works like this: by listening to specific sounds engineered by Bill, your brain will go into a deeper state of consciousness.
Work isn't the first place we think of when we hear the word zen. In fact it can be quite the opposite.
If you're new to meditation or you just need a way to calm down, clear your inner monologue, or have insomnia, then breathing meditations are a great way to relax and let go.
There are tons and tons of meditations out there. And for all your hard core meditators out there, I'm sure you know what I mean.
Tantric sex and saving people? This woman's on fire. Heather Graham, while filming The Guru in 2002, was opened to a whole new world of sexual pleasure.
Calling all meditators.
We all know meditation is beneficial to your mental and physical health. Science has proved this and you all know from anecdotal evidence and your own personal stories that, yes, meditation does work.
“Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
Winifred Gallagher did not stumble upon the art of concentration easily. It came while she was struggling with cancer.
