The Intuition Story Challenge was a blast! The stories were awesome and I had a great time reading them. I just love the amount of passion and enthusiasm there is in the community for personal growth and intuition.

So THANK YOU all for participating and sending in your stories

After much time and consideration, we’ve finally narrowed it down to the top 15. And trust me, it was no easy task.

What The Winners Are Receiving:

If you forgot, all 15 will be getting the Silva Intuition System as a prize. It’s one of the best (if not, THE very best) intuition training programs ever developed. Just have a look at what some of the students of the Silva Intuition System are saying:

I would definitely recommend Silva Life System. We all need help with the problems life sends our way and it’s wonderful to have something we can rely on not only for help but for living a much more confident, happy life.

By using the lessons and techniques , your life will never be the same. It will be better and keep getting better the more you use it.

So much better than reading “how to” books. The CD’s are great in that you can replay them, select any one for a particular exercise to use. You can keep them for years to go back and review.

Your intuition is your most invaluable tool and I’ve relied on it more times than I can remember. In fact, it was the Silva Method that helped me develop my intuition. That’s why I’ll be doing an interview with Laura Silva on the powers of intuition and how you can develop yours to make better decisions and for success. It’ll be held this Thursday at 6 PM (PST).

If you’d like to listen to it, just check out this page for the rest of the details and sign up » It’s completely free and I really recommend anyone who’s intent on leading an extraordinary life listen to it.

The Top 15 Intuition Stories:

After reading over 700 wonderful stories, these are the top 15 authors who will be receiving the Silva Intuition System. We’ve also made an Intuition Report PDF that you can download right here » It’s all 15 stories in a neat little PDF.

How My Intuition Gave Me The Biggest Deal Of My Career:

Hi,
I was reading a book on business growth.
An idea popped out of my mind : go and write an email to the friend of your brother.
I did it. She replied and asked me if I could do a search assignement for one of her client. I called the client .
He gave me the assignement. We found the perfect match.
It is one of the biggest deal of my career .
Wow ! I should listen to my little voice more often.

How The Silva Method Saved My Life:

I am a Silva Mind Control Graduate from the late 70s. I have always had a great deal of intuition, but SMC really honed it for me. I worked downtown in Chicago at the time at a law school. One night I had finished my work and I was debating whether or not to go to the gym or go home. An actual voice spoke to me in the empty office. It said, “Leave NOW. Take the 5:30 train.” It was accompanied with a sense of urgency so I did exactly that and just made it on the train. I found out later when I got home that the train I was going to take had derailed and fallen to the streets below and that many people were injured. My husband and friend also worked downtown at the time and they were both late getting home as they had rushed to help until the paramedics arrived, looking through the wreckage, as they were sure that I was on that train. Why? Because I never varied my times leaving the office. They knew me, and they weren’t surprised that I had this one time taken the earlier train — and possibly saved my life!

How Intuition Kept Me Safe And Sound:

This happened about 20 years ago. My wife and me had to take a flight from Sofia (Bulgaria) to Istanbul (Turkey) but I had a very bad feeling in my gut and did not want to take this particular flight. So I did everything to delay our departure to the airport, and when we arrived there the flight we should have been on was just taking off. I remember my wife being upset and yelling at me that the delay was so unnecessary, and we just lost several hundred dollar’s worth of tickets. While she kept yelling at me the airplane we should have been on crashed down! An explosion followed and all of us were watching and screaming in the airport building that evening. The airplane crashed 10 km outside the airport and most of the people on that flight ended up dying there. I felt so relieved and grateful that we did arrive with delay at the airport, but I also felt very distressed about all those others that died.

How My Intuition Led Me To The Love Of My Life:

When I was 23 years old I got a sudden notion to hitchhike across the United States (I’d never hitchhiked — ever — before) by myself. During a ride between Denver and Omaha, we drove past a blue van with a couple in the front seat. My intuition told me that was my next ride. Several miles later I was dropped by the side of the interstate to try for my next ride. I declined several offers to ride until I saw the blue van. I went crazy waving my arms to get their attention so they would see me. The van pulled over and the front door opened and they asked me if I wanted a ride to Omaha. I said “yes I knew you were my next ride.” We became great friends during the hours it took to drive on to Omaha. A week later, they introduced me to a very good friend of theirs. We fell in love immediately and after only three days we moved in together. He became my husband. That was 35 years ago. I have been listening to my intuition ever since.

How My Intuition Kept Me From A Terrorist Attack:

23d October, 2002. Moscow. I was supposed to participate in the last day of our group’s meeting performing a song. This meeting was hold in the Dubrovka Theatre building, almost at the same time when the “Nord-Ost” Musical was on stage. I prepared myself carefully: repeated a song, chose an outfit, put a make up, etc. I was all set to go, but somehow just couldn’t get myself out of house. I’ve changed a dress, had a cup of tea, talked on phone.. And during all of this time I just didn’t feel like going there. I tried to talk myself into it saying: performing this song is important, you’ll have fun and things like that. But it didn’t work anyway. At the end I gave up and stayed at home.

Two hours later, watching the news, I was terrified to hear that the Dubrovka Theatre had been taken over by 40 terrorists. During the musical “Nord-Ost” almost a thousand people were taken hostage and were freed three days after, but about 130 persons died in the rescue operation. It’s difficult to describe all the feelings during those days: grief for the hostages, relief for not being there and so on. But one thing is sure: I’ve been listening to my intuition ever since.

How Intuition Can Improve Your Health:

I am an acupuncturist and was referred to a a man who had been losing about 1lb a day for 60 days, generally, I was told he was not overweight to start, however he lived in another state. He had gone through a myriad of tests and nothing was found. He was somewhat skeptical of intuitive work, but felt it was his only hope. So I agreed to take a look and asked his name, address and age. I tapped into his energy and found he had a few things going on, one was nutritional, one was emotional (female, mother figure and age that issue happened). I then spoke to the man and talked him through an emotional elimination series on the issues that showed u. He also took a nutritional supplement that he was showing a need for. 3 days after taking the supplement, he had gained one pound, which means he had not lost 3 pounds! And the person that referred him told me a year later, that he was still doing well. A wonderful outcome in the face of uncertainty on his part.

How Intuition Saved My Sons:

After moving to a large apartment complex, I located ads in the laundry room for an at-home-mom offering to babysit for working moms. This seemed ideal to me since I could just walk my two boys over to her apartment and then leave for work from there. I arranged to have her start watching my sons the next day. I headed off to work the next day after dropping the boys off and while driving down the freeway I felt a nuzzling in my ear to go home I tried to ignore it because I would be late for work. Not to be put off this nuzzle turned into a very loud mans voice in my left ear yelling, “Go home… go home now.” I turned around and went speeding home to find my sons sitting under a blanket they stretched across the patio rails burning books. The flame was less than an inch from the blanket I would have lost my sons that day if I had not listened to my intuition and sped home.

How My Intuition Prevented A Car Accident:

It was about 2:00 a.m. I sat in my parked car, stopped at a red light at a large but now deserted intersection. I considered just crossing the intersection and driving on, as there was no one to see me. But instead I waited. The light finally turned green, only now I suddenly felt frozen, as if I couldn’t move my foot off the brake. I heard a clear voice in my head say, “Stop!” It shocked me enough that I looked around for the voice, and I didn’t move for several seconds. Then a car shot over the hill from the left and sped across the intersection. There was no way I could have seen that car ahead of time. If I had stepped on the gas when the light turned green, this car would have plowed into me at about 70 mph or more. For several seconds I sat with my hand at my throat, stunned that I had dodged a horrible fate. Then I took my foot off the gas again. Once again I heard this inner voice. Once again it ordered me to stop. I waited. Another car shot over the hill from the left and crossed the intersection, perhaps in pursuit of the first car. There is no doubt in my mind that I would be dead now if I had not heeded that inner voice that had warned me to stop — twice.

How My Intuition Helped Me Find My Missing Daughter:

About twelve years ago (age of no mobiles), I was traveling with my family on a bus from Salem to Bangalore in South India. Midway through the journey, as the day was turning to dusk the bus stopped for a short break. As both my children (daughter 4 years, son 2 years) wanted to use the rest room, my wife asked me to accompany them, as she could keep an eye on our bags. As I was attending to my son, helping him with his pants, my daughter had finished and rushed off, without my knowledge, eager to join my wife. On reaching our bus with my son, I discovered my daughter was not with my wife and panic set in.

I jumped out of our bus and to my dismay, discovered that there were dozens of buses parked there. I started running frantically climbing into the buses and shouting my
daughter’s name (Aditi) aloud. After a short while, I realized precious time was running out. I stopped, closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths and prayed deeply. In my mind’s eye I could see my daughter inside a bus which was leaving the area. Sure enough, as I opened my eyes, I could see a bus pulling out and leaving. Without a doubt, I ran for my daughter’s life and jumped into the moving bus. She was on board looking confused and almost in tears. It all ended with a happy reunion for my family.

If it was not for that moment of intuition, I might have lost my daughter for good and spent the rest of my life in repentance for my carelessness.

How My Intuition Saved A Boy’s Life:

I was a foreign student in the Hawaiian Islands living on campus at the UH@Hilo. I was driving back to campus from a visit to KONA. Suddenly I had this feeling of utmost urgency to get back to campus fast. so picked up speed the closer I got to Hilo I became agitated. I sped into the dormitory car park screeched to a stop jumped straight out of the car running fast suddenly from my right a young boy lying down on his skate board comes flying in front of me nearly tripping me. I stepped on the back of his board sending him flying thru the air. In the next instance a jeep comes to a skidding stop completely smashing the skate board. My friends were screaming and so was the boy who was rubbing his head after landing in the garden. They couldnʼt believe Iʼd driven at the distance &speed stopped jumped and ran as fast just to step on a skate board to save a boys life. The feeling was so extraordinary.

How My Intuition Saved My First Born:

When my oldest child was an infant, I was doing dishes one evening at the kitchen sink. From where I was standing, I could see where she was lying in a cradle, although I could not see her. I suddenly felt very strongly that I should go check on her. I brushed off this feeling as “new mother anxiety” and thought I was being silly since I had only a couple of dishes left and there was no apparent reason to stop what I was doing. The cradle was nearby, moving, and she wasn’t fussing or crying. There were only a couple dishes left and I would be finished in a minute or two anyway and could check on her then, but I just couldn’t wait. I just had to leave the dishes and check on her NOW. I stepped over to the cradle and found the diamond shaped handle of a rattle lodged in her throat and immediately pulled it out. She took the biggest breath and made the biggest gasp for air that I had ever heard from an infant. Her air had been cut off and she could not have made any noise. I resolved to act immediately upon any feelings I had regarding my children from then on, regardless of whether I had obvious reasons to or not.

How Intuition Kept Us Safe And Predicted A Match Made In Heaven:

After a lifetime of experiences I know… Listen to your intuition! Iʼve been following it from childhood. Like the time I was about nine years old and was awoken from sleep in the middle of the night with a sense that my sister and I had to leave the room which we shared. We did, and it turned out that there was someone who was attempting to break into our home through OUR bedroom window.

Then there was a time when I was about seventeen. My sister, a friend and I were traveling in a New York taxi cab and for no reason I put my hand out and told them to
brace because we were going get into an accident. A few second later, another car hit us from the side, but we were all ok except for being a little bruised. Of course, not all “intuition” is an omen of something bad. Once I invited a childhood friend and her “new” boyfriend to spend a weekend at our island home. On Sunday evening as we took the boat ride to the mainland, I pulled out my camera and took the first photo of them together. At that moment I felt that this was going to be their wedding gift, so when my friend asked to see the picture, I told her exactly that and never showed them. About four years later, on their wedding night I got a call after midnight from a weeping bride and groom. They had just opened my wedding gift — Their first photo together. (And yes, they are still very happily married.

How My Intuition Prevented Suicide:

I’m an academic at a big university. One of my students didn’t submit an assignment, but didn’t contact me or ask for an extension. This is not particularly unusual as probably about 1/15 don’t submit on time (it’s a tough and competitive degree with a heavy workload). When you’ve got around 150 students and so many competing demands on your time, it’s just not possible to chase up every student who doesn’t submit on time, and I usually don’t. They’re adults and have to take responsibility for themselves. I didn’t know the student in question but, for some reason which I can only put down to intuition, this time something made me notice his paper was missing and it kept worrying me. It kept popping into my mind, so I tried emailing the student. When he didn’t reply, I contacted admin and got the student’s work and home phone numbers (like many of our students, he has to work part-time). He hadn’t turned up for work for a few days, but eventually he answered his home phone. I asked the student to come and see me. When he did, we spoke for a while. He didn’t say he was unwell but, even though I don’t know anything about medicine, I was still worried and I persuaded him to walk with me to see someone at the Student Health clinic on campus. Sometime later, one of my colleagues told me that the student had confided that he’d been on the verge of suicide at that time, and it was only because someone cared enough to follow up and intervene that he survived. This happened nearly two years ago but it gives me chills every time I think about it. What if I hadn’t ‘felt’ something was wrong? What if…? Thank goodness for intuition.

PS.the happy ending to the story is that the student got medical help, and he’s now healthy and ready to graduate.

How My Intuition Kept Us Away From The Tsunami Tragedy:

We had been looking forward for three years to taking a Christmas vacation with the youngest four children in Phuket in Thailand. Getting my husband and that many kids together was not easy, but that year, 2004, we could all make it. Four times I went to make the reservations for the lovely accommodations right on the beach. Each time I had to leave the travel agents feeling sick and shaky until I left. felt bad telling the family it was off because I didnʼt have a ʻgood feelʼ about it, but most of us gathered to have Christmas in the family home and had a good time. Until boxing day, when another child phoned us urgently and told us to look on the TV. There we saw the tsunami tragedy and the rising death toll … on the very beaches we would have been on.

How My Intuition Found A Missing Person:

There was a high profile case in my community and I used the Silva Method to sense what had happened. I felt the subject was south of my location, in the dark and was uncovered so to speak. I also came up with the name Michael. They found this individual south of my location, had been under snow and was now uncovered. The name of the individual that has been associated with this case has a middle name of Michael

4 more days till the Challenge! Anyone else as excited as I am??

BUT before then, I need everyone who’s participating to do the following 4 things. Don’t worry they’re easy and painless

All of this pre-Challenge prep is to get us ready to discuss, discuss, discuss and grow, grow, grow. It’s to create community and shared learning.

1. Add me on FaceBook!

Just look me up, Vishen Lakhiani, on FaceBook. Last I checked, I was the only one. Or click here to go straight to my FaceBook Page: http://facebook.com/vishen

This way we can share all our learnings with our friends on FaceBook and with each other. You can also become a fan of Brian Johnson here »

When you add me as a friend you’ll have to type in the password so that I know you’re coming in from the Challenge (and not someone who’s trying to stalk me for fun).

The password will be sent to you if you’ve bought a subscription to PhilosophersNotes or if your comment was selected! It’s a pretty sweet password, if I do say so myself.

2. Get grateful with GratitudeLog

A big part of this challenge is gratitude. Did you know just expressing gratitude can boost your happiness by 25%? Impressive, I know.

That’s why I want everyone who’s participating to create a GratitudeLog account. It’s where we can express gratitude for the wisdom we’ve gained. If you don’t have one yet, just go here: http://www.gratitudelog.com/signup. You’ll be able to connect with both Brian and me once you sign up.

Or if you already have a GratitudeLog account, add Brian and me as friends here: http://www.gratitudelog.com/vishen/ and http://www.gratitudelog.com/brianjohnson

For those who are super hardcore, you can link your Twitter and FaceBook accounts so that all your updates on GratitudeLog automatically get updated on either FaceBook or Twitter as well.

Just go under “Settings” in GratitudeLog and go to the Twitter or FaceBook tab. Just follow the instructions and voila! You’re set.

3. Intense debate with IntenseDebate

Okay, this is the meat and potatoes of the Challenge. It’s where all the discussion is going down. This is SUPER important because this is how you’ll be able to connect and comment with the rest of the PhilosophersNotes tribe.

Just head over here to sign up: http://intensedebate.com/signup

Once you’ve logged in, under “My Account” on the left-side-bar, you’ll see “Edit Profile”. Upload a picture under “Picture” and under services you can add your Facebook permalink, Twitter permalink or whatever social network services you use to help connect with the PhilosophersNotes tribe.

4. The PhilosophersNotes Questionnaire (better than a Cosmo quiz)

Now the purpose of this questionnaire is to make the results of the Challenge measurable. We want to compare who you are right now to who you will be after 50 days of concentrated growth.

You can answer this questionnaire here » This is an assessment of who you are right now. Not who you want to be, but who you are right now and how do you feel about yourself currently.

Once you’ve done this questionnaire, I want you to forget all about it. Forget the answers and the questions and after the 50 days are up, you’ll be sent the same questionnaire again.

Measuring your own growth:

Now in order to measure your own growth, you’ll need to print out each page of the questionnaire (there’s two pages) or write down the answers corresponding to the questions. Then after 50 days when you’ve finished the Challenge, you can compare the results of the new questionnaire to your old results.

By doing this you’ll help us determine the accuracy of the Challenge and what kind of results people can expect when they digest the BIGGEST ideas in personal growth in just 50 days.

Thanks for filling this out and I can’t wait to see what kind of changes there’ll be after the Challenge.

What to Expect Now That You’ve Accepted The Challenge!

So here’s what’s going to happen.

Every day you’ll receive an email that tells you what the note of the day is. There’ll also be a link that goes to a blog post on FinerMinds where you can join in with the ongoing discussion.

On top of that, there’ll be a different question that you have to answer for each Note on the blog post. E.g. “What’s your biggest takeaway from this note?”

This is going to be huge! I can’t wait to get started. Let the discussions begin!

Talk soon.

How to participate:

All you have to do to take part in this challenge is comment below. Really, that’s it.

1) Just say why you want to be part of this and what you think you’ll get out of it.
2) Tell us which book you look forward to most (You can see the list of books here: PhilosophersNotes.com/notes).

The deadline for comments is December 29, 2009. You have to get your comment in by then to be considered for one of the 100 PhilosophersNotes.

The top 100 comments will get to take part in the challenge.

Now, here are the details on the 50 Days Challenge

If you are one of the 100 chosen, you will be given a new Note each day for 50 days, starting January 4th.

You’ll receive 50 notes. Each in the form of a 6 page PDF and a 20 min audio.

You will go through a process where you will absorb the biggest ideas from one great book in personal growth everyday. Just by reading a single PhilosophersNote. Your only commitment is to spend 20 minutes a day going through the Note.

I’ll be with you each step of the way. In fact, we’ll be setting up a community forum where all 100 participants can interact with each other and share their growth (more on that later).

Why the challenge:

The idea of this challenge is to see how much your sense of self, your life, your confidence, and your ability to create and imagine a more positive future for yourself is influenced when you’ve gone through 50 of the greatest books in personal growth via PhilsophersNotes (which is just half of the full product).

You will get the entire product, but the first 50 books you’ll go through will be picked and released on an day-by-day basis by me. So every day, I’ll send the “note of the day” to the group. We’ll study it in our free time and discuss it on the discussion page we’ll create.

What are you grateful for that turned out to be a blessing in disguise?

What I mean to ask is, what are you most grateful for that you once thought was bad or unfortunate? I want to ask this question because not everything that appears “bad” is bad at all. In fact, those little hiccups can turn into the best things in your life.

For me, it was not getting the fancy investment banking job straight out of university. Not getting that job has been a blessing to me in more ways than one.

Put on your thinking caps and let’s get started with the greatest haiku challenge ever!

A story about transformation, personal growth, and spirituality can be hard to write. But what’s even harder? Compressing that entire story into a 3-line, 17 syllable (well, 17 moras if you wanna get technical) haiku.

If you forgot what a haiku is, it’s a 3 line poem. The first and last line contain 5 syllables, while the middle line contains 7. So 5–7-5.

So drop a comment with your own haiku about personal growth, transformation, spirituality, or life!

Here’s one to get you going. If Dylan Thomas had written zombie haikus, this would probably be it:

Zombie Haiku by Dylan Thomas (from Zombiehaiku.com)
Do not go gentle
into that zombie plagued night.
And take the shotgun.

Can’t wait to hear your haikus! And no, they don’t have to be zombie related

Hey Guys, a few weeks ago we put up the first ever FinerMinds Intuition Story Challenge» .

The goal was to get people talking about their 6th sense by submitting their intuition stories, and the results have been overwhelming. We had over 100 entries! It was tough to narrow it down as they were all so good and we really thank everyone who participated.

So here are the finalists. Voting closes on Thursday, October 8th at 11:59 PM.

Give these 7 stories a read, scroll down, vote on your favorite story, and that’s it! We’ll let you know who the winner is soon!

The Big Prize:

And don’t forget the winner will receive:

A private 30-minute mentorship call with world-renowned psychic and intuition expert, Sonia Choquette.

It’s worth $400 and will be completely one-on-one.

Sonia’s helped over 50,000 people realize their intuition and has spent 35 years teaching people how to use their 6th sense. On top of that, she has a PhD in Metaphysics.

The Finalists:

Originally we said we would pick 5 for you to vote on but since there are so many good ones here are 7.

After you finish reading, there’s a poll waiting for you! Just remember which number belongs to your favorite story:

#1. Lucy Rivas:

I drive a 40 passenger bus for a living and three times throughout my 25 years of driving I have had this amazing occurance of coming to a dead stop driving through a green light in the middle of the intersection for no apparent reason but to watch in amazement as a vehicle who has a red light just drives right in front of my bus without even slowing down or stopping for their red light. Now if that’s not intuition I don’t know what is. Just thinking about it still gives me the chills.

#2. Phyllis Hammond:

One evening, my daughter Lauren came over for our Tuesday night get together. We love our one on one time. Most evenings, I enjoy a relaxing glass of wine and as always, I offered her the same. However, this time it felt different, as I began to offer her a glass I hesitated, turned around and said, “What am I thinking you can’t drink wine, you’re going to have a baby!” To her wide-eyed surprise she looked at me and exclaimed “Mom, can’t I ever tell you anything without you knowing first!” Now there is Austin, my beautiful 6-month-old grandson!

#3. katemarie54:

i feel i must say i am having a difficult time with the nature of this request for anecdotal sharing being ‘weird or crazy’… isn’t this what we want to avoid? when i wakened in the night hours, rushed to my child’s bed in time to catch her falling from the bed, that is not ‘weird’… when i follow my intuition and cared for my son as ‘full of life’, not dying ‘by five years’ as doctors said, i was not crazy but acting in obedience to the spiritual promptings coming from the Source of life… the day i drove to a hilltop on a dirt road i had never followed before and sensed the importance of ‘the place’, only to meet the man who lived there at a coffee shop and then marry him was not weird but ordained…

#4. lttldove:

I have always had strange things happen to me. Several years ago while my then husband was playing ball, one of his team mates came over to meet me after the game. I had an uneasy feeling and could not put my finger on it. I left it at that and went on with life. A week later my husband and I were walking up the street in Kingston going for a walk. This same man I had just met was walking towands up. I stoped dead in my tracks and squeezed mt husbands hand so hard he shot me that look of “oh” whats the matter with you? The man I was looking at had a skull were his head should be. I never had this happen before. We exchanged pleasentries as usual, all the time my vision had not changed. I learned 2 weeks later he was dead. He jumped out of a moving car. He was drunk. Then he was dead.

#5. MB:

Looking for something to do I signed up for yet another Intuition class and off I went.
Billed as an advanced class open to all, the intimate class began (euphemism for only a ‘coupla students showed up) we all nodded our hello’s from cold foldup old metal chairs. Irritated but vowing to enjoy, meditation begun, in rushed a petite, Asian woman making no apology for arriving late. In broken English chattering on in a too loud voice -“bad traffic, forgotten wallet, borrow quarter for the meter, we pay for class? ok, forgotten wallet, speak slow please, we wait for get notebook maybe was home, room too cold”…
I was avoiding her eye contact but she got paired with me for skills practice-groan!
Her first words: “I hear name: Mauro”…and she gave her message. I went white and forgot my irritation with her.
Having ‘judged this book by its cover’-I felt two inches tall.
Mauro, an uncommon name for sure, I would later discover is my adopted son’s previously unknown birthfather!

#6. Martha:

About 12 years ago, I was taking a leisurely walk with a college friend in a beautiful park across the street from my home. My 3 and 6 year old daughters walked along with us but the 3 year old was always a bit behind us. I was conversing with my friend to catch up because we had not seen each other for awhile. I have walked in this park many times and it always feels like a safe refuge. Suddenly, I felt an intense urge to turn around to check on my 3 year old…I noticed a man running up to my daughter and he stopped when I saw him. He was very close to her and he quickly turned around and began walking very fast. I lifted my daughter into my arms and held tightly as the man scurried off out of the park. This one intuitive pull was so powerful that I consider my intuition priceless as I do my daughter’s life.

#7. Marlene Braun:

It’s a sunny early morning I am sitting in the shade under a tree my eyes are closed , the sun is surrounding my body as if to be hugging me, at a distance I hear children playing soccer.
closer to me I hear the sounds of birds blending with the breeze touching my face.
suddenly, I am up and on my feet running towards a child running after a soccer ball,as I tackle this child we go rolling down a small hill landing face down in gravel, as we both pick ourselves up off the ground we looking at each other not understanding what had happened, as we look around other children running in our direction , we see the soccer ball smashed in the asphalt . as a truck is traveling on it journey.
To my surprise I had keep this child from arms way of the truck..
yes, yes I did.

To get you going, here are a few from the FinerMinds Team:

“My first experience came when I was doing a case study on a lady I’ve never met before. If you’re not familiar with this, you’re basically given only each other’s name, age, and location. Then we meditate facing each other and tell things about one another.

I admit, I was a little bit skeptical at first.

I told the lady I saw blue blood running through her body. Then I told her I saw a sad little man with three Indian elephants moving around him in a circle.

The lady’s jaw dropped. First she was a smoker and because of this she had developed lung problems. Now these lung problems made her blood unable to absorb enough oxygen and as a result her blood had a purplish hue. In fact, this ailment is also called blue blood’s disease.

And that sad man I saw in her head was her husband. He had just been transferred to India and this had caused a lot of heartache.

I’ve had far more experiences after this one and everyday I find myself relying more and more on my intuition.”

“I’ve always wanted a personal trainer, but they’re so expensive. The other day tho, I felt an urge to go to the gym (and to be honest, I haven’t been in a while since I have been traveling so much — and well.. pure laziness!). This was just a gentle nudging to go and every part of by being was protesting this gentle nudge! But for some reason, I drove to the gym.

When I got there, I bumped into a friend who introduced me to his personal trainer. The personal trainer had a chat with me and put me through some routines and then agreed to train me — for free — till I start seeing some changes, then he’d charge me a nominal fee! Had I not listened to that little nudging, I would never have met this wonderful trainer and would still be wanting one.

I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but I wanted to share this because of it’s simplicity. Intuition doesn’t always have to bring about world changing results. It is something that can even help you in everyday life.”
