		<description>Here&#039;s an issue that doesn&#039;t come about too often - how to gain weight (or at least not to lose too much) in a healthy way? 

Simple maths tells that if you consume more calories than you burn, then the weight will go up. So eating more while working out less seems to be the fastest answer :) Still, I&#039;d like to keep the physical activity level high (and to raise it), and not to have the excess calories stored as fat.

Any tips from all you healthy &amp; active guys here? How to boost your calorie intake (and other important nutrients) on a full vegetarian diet?</description>

So in a day I might eat 2 servings of brown rice with Chinese green beans and 3-4 servings of fruit and vegetables. Maybe your servings size questions should be rephrased as a percentage of your diet? What do you think?</description>

It&#039;s awesome to realize that being healthy is not a sacrificy or something scary/very hard to do AT ALL. You pretty much enjoy a lot what you eat, what you do and how you do it. It&#039;s very important to be honest with others about what your lifestyle consists of, it does not mean that you only mingle with healthy-junkies or you quit all the non-very-healthy-people in your life (although eventually people start doing similar things and tagging along the healthy habits hehe :) and you attract other green characters) But it&#039;s just a wonderful way to live and to share.

Really awesome content! Congrats!!! Looking forward for the next editions! :)</description>
