I want to share with you something a little personal today. Some get squeamish about these kinds of things but I think it’s time we break the taboo of astral projection.
That’s why I made a video explaining this amazing ability and my 2 very strange but beautiful adventures using astral projection. I’ll also tell you about the Vibration Technique I use and how astral projection affects your 3-D world.

To my knowledge, I’ve only done this once. I had a dream i was holding a universal remote flipping through choices of which girlfriend I can have and then when out side to speak with the one I chose, At the same time we were flipping through choices of cars, after I chose a ford mustang GT completely customized it was an awesome car but when I decided to get in and drive, whoosh I was getting sucked out of my body and was floating past my TV which at the time was next to my bed and on the floor, I floated past the TV and looked up at the door the whole time I was screaming for help but no one came, after several seconds I woke up and went on the computer to research what just happened, this all happened a few months ago so I’m still a newbie to all this and would graciously accept any info or advice.
Not to long ago I think I was day dreaming because I was just lying in bed after waking up from a dream, falling asleep into a dream, and doing this over and over until I felt well rested. (I do this often so it’s normal for me) I saw a plug in the wall and then I pulled it out but only the plastic came out, so I was some how dumb enough to actually grab live wires to unplug what ever it was, of course i was electrocuted and when I woke up for about 5 minutes after my body felt as though I was still being electrocuted. What happened?
I haven’t heard anyone mention it in the various credits given to Jose Silva these days, but going out of body and astral touring has always been a part of the Silva course guided meditations. It was just not called by these names. They were, I would guess, Jose’s gentle offering of the opportunity to those who were able to pick up on it without making a big deal out of the experience. He just wanted us to be all that we could be as we healed ourselves and others. But he aimed to do it without scaring us, or those who might hear of his work, by keeping things low key. Bill B
I am fortunate that I have experienced quite a few Astral Projections during my lifetime — one in 1990 Nov.…. I was recouperating at my moms home after a 4th operation (I have had 5 operations in my abdominal area over a period of 10years)… there was I lying and watching my body lying on my moms bed… two men were aiding in carrying me to a higher plain above the clouds.…. I came across groups of people having some kind of group meetings.… and these two men who were carrying me under both my arms, kept on looking at the individuals leading the meetings, with people around them.… they then stopped at a man, whose back was facing me and mentioned his name.… I did meet this man a few months later and he aided in tuiting me for about 10years as far as my spirituality and self-conciousness.…. But, sadly, He fell victim to my ex-husbands threats of negativity and turned against me… sadly we find ourselves ruled and ruined my individuals who choose evil and try to overpower GOOD…
I definately feel that I have met alot of positive on the internet.… with Finer Minds and Burt Goldman.… Bless you Guys.….
My childhood was very stressful to say the least. I used to project naturally as a way of relaxing and destressing. Of course at the time I wasn’t aware that this was what I was doing. All I knew was that I could make this odd sensation overtake my body, and then I would be somewhere safe and beautiful. I’m finding it not all that difficult to recall that sensation, and the way I was able to achieve it is slowly returning to my memory.

Would Lucid dreaming be in the same class as Astral Projection? I have experienced many Lucid dream episodes and they feel very real and I also am able to manipulate events to some degree. I cannot control when they occur though but after I have one of these dreams I wake feeling empowered with a very strong feeling of awareness.
I’ve had many of these astral projections but ata young age particularly after my 18th birthday. My first experience was when my aunt died, she visited me in my dorm room and woke me up, I saw my roommate sleeping and I went with her she was holding my hand and led my through my room door! After crossing the door she was in bed dead and my cousins were crying and they could not see me I turned and faced a blue wall I crossed it and ended up in my dorm room and saw that my roommate was sleeping and I wason my bed sleeping also! I jump on my body and woke up it was 0100 hrs. While taking my morning bath I heard her voice calling me I got scared and phoned home to the Virgin Islands from Austin Texas and when I asked my Aunt luisa had passed away at 0100 hrs in the Pavia Hospital and my cousins were there. While at that hospital I recalled my cousin taking auntie’s ring off her left hand, When I returned home I asked my cousin if she took the ring off her mother’s hand at the hospital and she replied how do you know that? I was petrified. After it happened on a regular basis I saw a huge flame in the form of a man who wanted to engulf me, I screamed went through the wall back into my body. I went to a santera in Puerto Rico and she gave me several baths and I no longer Astral Travel. I was young and dumb and did not know the gift I was given. I’ved tried over and over to get where I used to be and I just can’t!
