Alright. So we talk on end about goal-setting and how it's just soooo important but when we set these massive, ginormous goals, how do we set out to accomplish them?
What happens in 90% of all cases, is that the goal is just too overwhelming and so we feel discouraged and give up. Not a great start. But here's where the problem lies. It's not that the goals are too big, but how we go about achieving them.
